Mission Statement

We strive to exceed customer satisfaction through Trust, Professional Quality, Speed and Affordability of all of our products. We guarantee a 2-day turnaround on most orders.


  • For custom images, photos, or logos, the quality of the print is directly proportionate to the quality of the image you upload. If you are using an image that is very small or low in quality (such as most web images), it will become pixilated when enlarged.
  • To ensure that the finished quality of your products is top-notch we recommend vector or print-ready art files (i.e. .eps, .ai or .pdf). Reproduction of some files is available at an additional cost.
  • We are happy to provide proofs upon request prior to production. This is to ensure that the final product is correct.
  • If a technical error occurs during the ordering process please let us know and we will correct it.

Production and Materials

  • Our output process is CMYK.
  • Material specifications can be found on the description page of each of our products.
  • We strive to produce most orders within a 2 day time period. You will be notified should the projected completion of your order take longer. Be sure to check your email if you are waiting for a color proof. Production will not start until you approve of the proof.

Packaging and Shipping

  • We ship via UPS ground (usually 3-5 days, although not guaranteed).
  • We ship within the US only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).


  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
  • In the event we would make a mistake on our end, we will reproduce the product as it was intended and next day air the correct product once completed at our own expense.
  • We cannot be responsible for spelling, typographical, or measuring errors made by the customer. All sales are considered final.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Any artwork supplied by the customer is assumed to belong to them or that they have permission to use it. We are not responsible for any trademark or logo infringements.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to print anything that we consider offensive content.
  • Any and all liability is limited to the total cost of the purchase.
